Receive an honest assessment
Based on the information you provide, we review the vehicle details and consider the relevant factors: age, mileage, condition, service history, MOT status and current market pricing. We will explain our thinking clearly.
If we believe we can make an offer that suits both parties, we will agree a time to visit you. If we do not think it is the right fit, we will tell you honestly rather than waste your time.
In-person inspection at your location
We visit your home, workplace or another agreed location at the arranged time. We carry out a proper physical inspection of the vehicle — exterior, interior, under the bonnet and a short test drive if appropriate.
We then confirm or refine the offer based on what we find. There are no hidden deductions or surprises on the day. You will always know exactly what is being offered and why.
Payment and paperwork
If you are happy with the offer, we proceed with payment at the point of purchase. We provide a written receipt confirming the sale price and vehicle details.
We handle the DVLA keeper change together with you, usually completed online at gov.uk. You retain the relevant confirmation for your records. You should also inform your insurance provider once the sale is complete.

Common questions about the process
How long does the whole process take?
From your first call to completing the sale can often be done the same day, subject to availability and your location. The in-person inspection and paperwork typically takes between 30 minutes and an hour.
Do I need to have all the paperwork ready?
Ideally you should have the V5C (logbook), a valid form of photo ID and proof of address. If you do not have the V5C, it may be possible to proceed but we will discuss this with you beforehand.
What if the car is not as described when you inspect it?
We may adjust the offer if the physical condition is meaningfully different from what was described. We will always explain any difference clearly, and you are free to decline if you are not satisfied.
Can you come to my workplace or a car park?
Yes. We can come to any convenient agreed location — your home, workplace, a car park or another suitable place. Just let us know when you call.
